My journey into mixology
I didn’t start as a professional mixologist. Like many, I began by experimenting, trying new things, and learning what worked. Initially, it was just about making drinks, but I soon realized it was much more. It was about the reactions people had, the way a drink could transform an atmosphere, and the creativity involved in blending flavors. That's when it clicked for me: this wasn't just a hobby; it was a skill that could lead to income, opportunities, and a unique brand.
